We’re starting this summer with a series of walking meditations. Each one will be under ten minutes and meant to accompany you as you move.
You can put in headphones and listen, or put me in your pocket. You can be inside or outside. If you’re not able to stand or walk, you can move your arms or roll.
During these meditations the invitation is presence and I’ll talk you through it the entire time, as we walk and wander together.
